Interim Member Governance Board

The MS-ISAC Interim Member Governance Board consists of volunteer MS-ISAC members. Following the transition to a member-funded model in 2025, these members stepped forward to provide interim transitional governance and leadership on behalf of the broader MS-ISAC membership.

Their key activity is the development of an MS-ISAC governance model appropriate to the member-funded MS-ISAC environment and their key deliverable is a revised MS-ISAC Charter appropriate to the current member-funded environment. The Interim Member Governance Board will operate in stewardship of the MS-ISAC membership and transparency to the State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) government community; providing periodic updates on its progress and giving the MS-ISAC membership notice and opportunity to comment on all envisioned changes to the MS-ISAC governance model and revisions to the MS-ISAC Charter.

The Interim Member Governance Board serves in a temporary voluntary stewardship capacity and will transition to a formal member-led governance structure once the new model is finalized and implemented.
