Christopher Byram is an IT professional with 36 years’ experience in the computing, networking, and cybersecurity sectors. He served in the U.S. Air Force, working for Command, Control, and Intelligence Support (CCIS), Air Force Space Command, U.S. Space Command, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He followed his Air Force career by going to work for a U.S. Defense Sub-contractor supporting contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, etc., working as the company’s IT Manager.  His current role is Network and Cybersecurity Manager for Park County Government, Colorado.

Mr. Byram served as Chairman of the Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the High Rockies (BGCHR) for 6 years and served a term as Chairman of the Board for the Boys & Girls Club Colorado Area Council. He also served as the Technology Manager for the Manifest Foundation, an organization providing manpower and funding for youth oriented non-profits, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Byram’s current activities include integrating cybersecurity incident response and emergency action plans into the Park County Emergency Operations Center and Incident Command System. He is also developing legislative proposals modeling the State of Colorado’s Collaborative Management Program (HB 04-1451) with the goal of encouraging other States to implement similar programs of their own.
