Keith Rella

Keith is a seasoned security leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling resilient information security programs. Currently, as the head of Information Security for the South Jersey Transportation Authority, he leads the organizational security strategy and regulatory alignment with NIST, PCI DSS, and other regulatory agencies. In this role, Keith's focus has been on modernizing defense postures through AI-driven SOC operations and maintaining continuous compliance across critical transportation infrastructure and payment environments.

Previously, as Vice President of Information Security for a mobile authentication firm, Keith built a comprehensive security program from the ground up. In this role, he scaled a high-performing team and directed the complex security integrations required for regular, consistent product releases, as well as three corporate acquisitions. His career is defined by the ability to translate technical and operational risk into actionable business insights and strategic KPIs for executive leadership.

Keith holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance and is currently a candidate for a master’s in Artificial Intelligence, to further integrate machine learning into threat detection and intelligence. Outside of the office, Keith enjoys hiking, fishing, kayaking, and most things outdoors. This combination of strategic governance and technical agility ensures a holistic approach to modern cybersecurity challenges.
