Mike Sena serves as the Executive Director of the Northern California High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (NC HIDTA) and the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC). Director Sena has a diverse thirty-two (32) year law enforcement career as a veteran investigator with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the California Department of Justice, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, and the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.
Director Sena also serves as president of the National Fusion Center Association (NFCA) and has served as the chairman of the Criminal Intelligence Coordinating Council (CICC), America’s key law enforcement advisory committee that was developed after 9/11 to improve law enforcement’s ability to share information and intelligence. He also serves as a member of the HIDTA Directors' Information Technology Committee and has served on several national law enforcement and homeland security advisory committees.
Director Sena holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino.
