Rob Reese has served for almost five years as the Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) manager for the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center® (MS-ISAC®) at CIS. Prior to coming to CIS, Rob spent about 18 years in law enforcement in various roles including records manager, police officer, detective, intelligence analyst, and intelligence analyst supervisor. Rob is passionate about helping people through challenges and crisis, and he is blessed to serve in CIRT with an amazing team of analysts who strive each day to help other people.

Member Experience and Engagement Manager
Elijah Cedeno is a Member Experience and Engagement Manager for the MS-ISAC, a division of CIS. He is a member of the Stakeholder Engagement team, which works with our nation's SLTT governments and public education institutions to provide free cybersecurity resources and services. Elijah manages the MS-ISAC members in the northeast regions by supporting their overall cybersecurity posture.
