Recognizing Leadership in Action: CIS Honors Greta Noble with 2025 President’s Award

EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y., Feb. 19, 2026 — During a year that tested resilience, adaptability, and commitment across the organization, Greta Noble, Director of Member Engagement, exemplified the leadership and dedication that define the Center for Internet Security’s mission and leadership principles.

CIS is proud to recognize Noble as the recipient of the 2025 CIS President’s Award.

Established in 2021, the President’s Award is presented annually to one CIS employee who demonstrates exemplary leadership, outstanding performance, and a deep commitment to the CIS mission and leadership principles. Noble was selected for her steady leadership during a highly challenging year, her unwavering focus on member support, and her ability to strengthen programs and teams during a period of change.

greta noble head shotNoble joined CIS in 2018, and in her current role as Director of Member Engagement, she oversees four program areas designed to enhance the member experience and ensure CIS continues to deliver meaningful value to its community. Her work has been instrumental in sustaining engagement and continuity for members while also creating opportunities for growth and improvement.

Reflecting on the recognition, Noble emphasized the collective effort behind the achievement. “Winning the President’s Award is an incredible honor and truly humbling,” Noble said. “This recognition isn’t just about me, it represents the hard work, collaboration, and dedication of the amazing teams I’m fortunate to work alongside. We supported each other, pushed each other, listened, and ultimately persevered together. That sense of unity and shared purpose carried us through.”

Looking ahead, Noble is focused on growth and wellness, both professionally and personally. She has designated 2026 as the ‘Year of Health.’ “I’m committed to bringing health and wellness back into my life, and I also want to support my teams in their own journeys,” Noble said. “Together, I believe we can make this year one of progress, balance, and shared success.”

Noble lives in Albany, New York with her husband Ty, their 5-year-old daughter Scarlett, and dog Zion, who remind her daily about what’s really important.
