CyberTrust Massachusetts Partners with MS-ISAC to Deliver National Cybersecurity Resources to Local Organizations

BOSTON, Aug. 12, 2026 — CyberTrust Massachusetts has entered a formal partnership with the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center® (MS-ISAC®), to bring MS-ISAC membership and services directly to CyberTrust's managed detection and response (MDR) customers across the Commonwealth.

Under the agreement, CyberTrust will enroll eligible MDR customers in MS-ISAC membership and provide access to the Malicious Domain Blocking and Reporting Plus (MDBR+) service, a capability that blocks connections to known malicious domains in real time and provides reporting to help organizations identify emerging threats.

“We’re excited to partner with CyberTrust Massachusetts to extend the reach of the MS-ISAC and help strengthen cybersecurity across the Commonwealth,” said Carlos Kizzee, CIS Senior Vice President of MS-ISAC Strategy and Plans. “By combining CyberTrust’s on-the-ground capabilities with the MS-ISAC’s national threat intelligence and services, we can better protect public sector and critical infrastructure organizations in Massachusetts, as well as the citizens who rely on them every day.”

The partnership connects CyberTrust's operational cybersecurity model, 24/7 monitoring, threat hunting, and remediation guidance through its Security Operations Centers, with the MS-ISAC's national threat intelligence, incident response resources, and best practices developed specifically for state and local government. This partnership was enabled through the efforts and support of the MassCyberCenter, a division of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative.

The MS-ISAC serves as the central resource for cyber threat prevention, protection, and response for U.S. State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) government entities. Membership provides access to threat intelligence, vulnerability advisories, incident response support, and security operations center services purpose-built for government organizations.
