The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has issued an advisory about Phobos ransomware targeting state, local, tribal and territorial (SLTT) organizations. The Center for Internet Security’s Vice President of Security Operations and Intelligence, Randy Rose, spoke with State Scoop about Ransomware-as-a-service, and what SLTTs can do to protect against it.
