Safaa Khairalla is a technology executive and Chief Operating Officer with more than two decades of experience leading and scaling mission-driven organizations and global technology businesses. She has led enterprise-wide operations, working directly with CEOs, boards, and investors to drive growth, strengthen performance, and navigate organizations through critical moments of transformation.
Throughout her career, Safaa has built and led global teams across finance, human resources, business operations, product, and engineering. She is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, establishing strong operating models, and driving disciplined execution across organizations. Her leadership combines strategic decisionmaking with a hands-on approach to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable impact at scale.
Safaa has held senior leadership roles at SecurityScorecard, VMware Carbon Black, and SmartBear, among other technology companies, where she helped scale organizations operating across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. She has worked closely with enterprise customers, public sector partners, and global institutions, strengthening operational foundations and enabling organizations to expand their reach and impact.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Safaa earned an MBA from London Business School. She is passionate about strengthening organizations that advance security, trust, and resilience in an increasingly connected world.
