Microsoft Introduces ElectionGuard SDK Ahead of 2020 Elections

Microsoft is aiming to make voting more secure with a free, open source software development kit. ElectionGuard, was designed to enable end-to-end verification of elections, allow voters and third-party organizations to verify election results, and allow individual voters to confirm their votes were counted correctly.
ElectionGuard has the potential to make a difference in the future of voting and is a step in the right direction, said Aaron Wilson, senior director of election security at Center for Internet Security.
