Inogen Inc. - Chair of the Board
Elizabeth Mora is a seasoned board director, financial expert, and business operations executive with more than three decades of experience leading complex organizations across the technology, education, and government sectors. She currently serves as Chair of the Board at Inogen Inc. (NASDAQ: INGN), a medical technology company focused on portable oxygen solutions, a role she has held since 2021.
Mora has served on the board of MKS Instruments (NASDAQ: MKSI) since 2012, where she chairs the Audit Committee and sits on the Compensation Committee. She joined the board of Limoneira Company (NASDAQ: LMNR) in 2021 and chairs both the Compensation and Nomination & Governance Committees. From 2023 to 2025, she served as Director and Audit Committee Chair for NUBURU, Inc. (NYSE American), a pioneer in high performance blue laser technology for industrial applications.

From 2008 to 2020, Mora was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Draper Laboratory, an $800 million government contractor spun out of MIT, serving clients such as NASA, DARPA, and the Department of Defense. Prior to Draper, she held a series of financial leadership roles at Harvard University from 1997 to 2008, culminating in her appointment as CFO from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in her career, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC from 1989 to 1997, where she built a foundation in audit, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Mora is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Simmons College Graduate School of Management and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to her board service, Mora is a frequent author and speaker on governance, financial oversight, and boardroom strategy. She is widely recognized as a mentor to CEOs and senior executives and is a vocal champion of LGBTQ inclusion and leadership in corporate America.
